4GG Format: Three 60 Min FTI pool games followed by a single elimination bracket.
Format could change depending on final number of teams entered.
Individual Trophies for 1st & 2nd place
Pool play finish seeds the bracket.
Scores will be updated at the park and you can check on the USSSA APP for smart phones for scores.
Weather or an unforeseen incident may change the format and game times of each tournament

ATTENTION: Coaches please have players ready to start Pool Games up to 15 min early to keep other games on time.

TEAM CHECK-IN PROCEDURES
All teams must provide or show proof of Team Insurance and have a team roster.
Birth Certificates or players cards should be available if needed.

REFUND POLICY: $100 of entry fee is applied as a gate fee and will not be refunded
after tournament begins. All refunds are determined as follows (Entry Fee minus the gate
divided by game guarantee). Any game started counts as a game played! Teams that drop
a tournament after the brackets are posted will be charged $35 per game guarantee.
