TEAM CHECK-IN PROCEDURES

All teams must provide or show proof of Team Insurance and have a team roster.
|
|
Birth Certificates or players cards should be available if needed.
|

REFUND POLICY: $100 of entry fee is applied as a gate fee and will not be refunded
|
|
after tournament begins. All refunds are determined as follows (Entry Fee minus the gate
|
|
divided by game guarantee). Any game started counts as a game played! Teams that drop
|
|
a tournament after the brackets are posted will be charged $35 per game guarantee.
