Spectator Gate Fees: Teams may submit their $125 spectator fee during entry process or elect to bring and submit $175 during team check in at tournament prior to first game. Hotel Agreement: STAY TO PLAY REQUIREMENT - $200 PENALTY: Tournaments at the Art Van Sports Complex are “Stay to Play”. For this reason teams or attendees who are traveling from out of town are required to book their rooms through PSE Event Housing to ensure that our room blocks are utilized. In short since the hotels are holding rooms for our events we must use the rooms. A good working relationship with hotels is critical for the long-term success of our event.
