| First 2017 USSSA World Series Qualifier at the Art Van Sports Complex. Professionally groomed fields with appropriate portable outfield fence dimensions and lighting on all fields. Full Concessions available throughout. Entry fee includes minimum 4 games balls umpire fees USSSA points along with team and individual awards for 1st and 2nd place finishers in each division. Spectator Gate Fees: Teams may submit their $125 spectator fee during entry process or elect to bring and submit $175 during team check in at tournament prior to first game. Contact bob.wilkerson@usssa.com for more gate fee information. Teams like this gate fee process in overwhelming numbers. Hotel Agreement: STAY TO PLAY REQUIREMENT - $200 PENALTY: Tournaments at the Art Van Sports Complex are “Stay to Play”. For this reason teams or attendees who are traveling from out of town are required to book their rooms through PSE Event Housing to ensure that our room blocks are utilized. In short since the hotels are holding rooms for our events we must use the rooms. A good working relationship with hotels is critical for the long-term success of our event.
