| This tournament will use a 3 game format and is only open to USSSA “C” (or Rec) teams. USSSA MD/DE Class C tournaments are intended for recreational caliber teams and all entries into these events are continually reviewed by a committee to determine the team's eligibility. Teams that are not sure that they fit the definition of being recreational caliber should contact either Glen Warholic or the USSSA State Office to clarify and determine their eligibility. Note that just because a team sanctions as a Class C team (ISTS system lets any team sanction at any level) that act alone does not necessarily make a team eligible for a Class C event. USSSA reserves the right to reclassify teams as is deemed consistent with a team's level of play. The tournament will be held at Rockburn – Cedar Lane and Centennial parks. Age brackets will be assigned to parks based on number of entries. Entry is not locked in until payment is received. Checks should be made payable to Howard County Director of Finance and mailed to Mike Blevins – Howard County Rec & Parks – 7120 Oakland Mills Road – Columbia MD 21046-1677. Please print off the email that you’ll receive when you enter online and include it with the check. Also Howard County uses course numbers to identify each of their events.
