Checks should be made payable to Howard County Director of Finance and mailed to Mike Blevins – Howard County Rec & Parks – 7120 Oakland Mills Road – Columbia MD 21046-1677. Please print off the email that you’ll receive when you enter online and include it with the check. Also Howard County uses course numbers to identify each of their events.
