| The tournament format may be subject to change if needed due to inclement weather. Pool play game lengths will be no new inning to start after 1 hour and 15 minutes and 1 hour and 20 minutes in bracket play. Pool play games can end in a tie. International tie breaker if game is tied in Bracket play (excluding Championship). Mercy Rule: 10 after 3 innings/ 8 after 4 innings/ 6 after 5 innings. Please have your team ready to play 30 minutes prior to scheduled game. A coin flip will determine Home Team in Pool Play. Higher Seeded Team will be the Home Team in Bracket play. Coin flip for Championship game. Bracket Seeds will be determined by points from Pool Play. 2 points for a win 1 point for a tie. Tie-breaker to be decided by #2 Head to head #3 least runs given up #4 runs scored with a maximum of 8 per game #5 Coin flip. Bracket play will begin immediately following Pool Play on Saturday. If you do not hear from the Tournament Director you must be at the fields ready to play at 30 minutes prior to your scheduled game time. Only ONE cooler per team which can hold only water and/or fruit. Coolers will be checked throughout the tournament by Harlem Sports Complex management.
