MANAGERS INFORMATION

SCHEDULE - Please check your game times often as they may change.
CHECK-IN - All teams will need to check-in 30 minutes before the 1^st game. Even if teams have taken care of their entry fee in advance you still need to check in to receive other items.
ENTRY FEE - We only accept Cash or Team check for entry fee at this fields. If you plan to take care of your entry fee with a Credit Card please do that before Saturday. You can go on-line and do it yourself or reply for us to run the Credit Card you used when entering the event.
ROSTERS - MAKE SURE YOUR ROSTERS ARE UPDATED ONLINE AT www.USSSA.com . Roster infractions will be dealt with harshly and could put the manger players and others in jeopardy of suspension.
WEATHER - Sports Productions will do everything within its power to play baseball. We will keep you posted at www.SportsProductions.net if any weather related issues arise. Teams that have entered are expected to not drop out until we officially cancel the event.

PETS - are NOT allowed at any park.
NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINK ALLOWED - Only a team water cooler with a spout is allowed.
ADMISSION - When each spectator enters the park they will be given a wrist band. These bands must be worn on the wrist or on the body clearly visible at all times. A new wrist band will be given each day.
LOST AND FOUND - If any items are found at the facilities please turn them in at the Front Gate or to the Tournament Director. Let us know where they were when you found them.
