| Thanks so much for participating in the 2009 13 Northern IL State Championship. Congratuations to Heartland Havac for their State Championship and Duneland Flyers for as the Runner-up. All State Tournament awards are listed and the recipient of the Bob "Pappy" Papich Memorial Sportsmanship Award is Algonquin Aces. Congratulations to Larry Eissler and his team. Good Luck to all teams advancing to World Series/National Tournaments. Also the Labor Dayz Weekend qualifier for the 2010 World Series tournaments will be held on Sept 5-6 in Rockford. All age/class divisions. On the Waterfront is being held on the banks of the Rock River in downtown Rockford.
