Tournament Play on May 17th and 18th in Iowa City and Coralville Pizza with the Hawks on Friday May 16th Entry Deadline is May 1st or when age group is full • Entry Fee must accompany registration form • Withdrawal prior to May 3rd—refund of reg. fee minus $50 • Withdrawal May 3rd or after no refund • All Teams must be registered with USSSA • Schedules and rules will be emailed by May 9th. • All teams must have team’s roster entered on-line and must submit a completed and signed roster at tournament check in. • Prepaid gate fee must be paid before the start of teams’ first game. If weather interferes with the tournament. The Tournament Director reserves the right to change the format. 50% of entry fee will be refunded if fewer than 2 games are played due to inclement weather.
