| Teams TO REGISTER FOR THIS TOURNAMENT YOU MUST REGISTER AND PLAY IN A REGULAR STATE CHAMPIONSHIP IN YOUR STATE OR APPROVED STATES CHAMPIONSHIP. When registering for this tournament please be aware that we need at least 5 teams in each age classification to separate the classes otherwise we will combine A&B. We also will combine age groups if we do not have enough in an age group when possible. (USSSA Special) If you choose and register your team for 4 or more Western PA Tournaments you can take $25.00 off each registration if all are paid for by March 1st. This special is per team and not per organization. Please send notifications on what tournaments you are registering for with payment. (All must be paid for with one check per team). | We have partnered with TRAVELING TEAMSTM to secure discounted room blocks at a variety of tournament approved hotels near our venues. This is a Stay to Play event. All out of town teams are required to book all hotel rooms through TRAVELING TEAMSTM. When you book your rooms through TRAVELING TEAMSTM it helps to accommodate college coaches umpires and other staff. It also controls rates and helps ensure that we have the appropriate hotel inventory for all teams. Please do not book your hotel through any other travel agent and do not contact the hotel directly. Thank you in advance for your cooperation! Above is a message about our new partnership with Traveling Teams. This is a Stay To Play service with a twist here in USSSA of Western PA. I do not believe in Stay to Play but I do want to secure the lowest rates and good hotels for teams. With Traveling Teams not only will you get the lowest rates on hotels but also with booking through Traveling Teams your team will receive sponsorship dollars. The deal is with every room night that your team books through Traveling Teams you will receive $5.00 per room night back. This bonus will be paid back to the team after the tournament from us at USSSA of Western PA. This could be significant savings off of your tournament registrations. This year we chose selective tournaments for this program. Looking ahead to next year we will have many more in place. Your team is not required to book through Traveling Teams but if you want to take advantage of all they do and be part of the sponsorship money back program you do have to go through them. It is FREE and very easy. It’s all online and you never have to call the hotels. Each tournament has it’s own landing page to book hotels on each of the information pages for the tournament.
