| !!IMPORTANT MESSAGE FROM PARK MANAGEMENT PLEASE READ:!!
Dear Coaches Players and Parents: My name is Christopher Montgomery and I am the Facilities Director and Manager for all of the Carrollton Boosters Facilities in New Orleans. I would like to welcome those of you that are new to our ballpark and welcome back those who have played at the Riverview Complex at the fly at Audubon Park in the past. We hope you have an enjoyable time at our tournament on June 26 & 27th. I need to inform everyone that we will be strictly enforcing all of our rules and policies at the tournament. In past tournaments and games we have had a number of teams and parents ignore several of our rules and must ask everyone to abide by all them. The two biggest rules that we will be very diligent on are: 1. No outside food or drink allowed inside the gates. No outside coolers other than one USSSA approved team cooler and a small team cooler for Florida Water will be allowed in. These coolers must remain with the team while inside the park. We have a fully staffed concession stand for all of your drink and food needs. 2. We do not allow any Seeds or Nuts inside our Facility. This includes any shelled nuts or seeds of any kind. (Sunflower seeds peanuts pistachios etc.) We like several of the other parks in the area that have turf fields don’t allow seeds and nuts not only because of damage to the rubber undercoating but also due to difficulty in picking up and removing. You will be denied entry if you have any of the above items in plain view and if caught inside the facility you will be immediately ejected from the park for the remainder of the tournament. We have signs posted with our rules at all entrances and reminder signs in all of the dugouts and in front of every set of bleachers. We do not want to have to ask anyone to leave but must do so to protect our facility and our investment. Please leave all banned items outside the fences or in your vehicles. Please obey all of our rules and we promise to do our very best to provide everyone with an enjoyable experience and clean environment. Thank you for your assistance in abiding with our policies and we wish everyone good luck. Sincerely I Remain Christopher R. Montgomery Facilities Director CBMG |
