Format: 4gg 2 pool Blind Draw into Double elimination bracket Facilities PRIMARY Tom Wilson youth sports complex 3139 Wilson rd harlingen tx 78552 8 fields available 10u-14u Pool Games are 55 min 4 run ½ inning rule 6u-8u is 50 minutes 10u-14u Brackets are 70 minutes or 6 innings (whichever comes 1st). Finish the inning. Open runs must get 3 outs; 6U- 8U is 60 minutes and 6 run limit. All 10u-14u Bracket games will have 2 Umps/ Pool Games will have 1 Ump (6U-8U will have 1 ump except championship will have 2) $15 per team with 1 ump/$20 with 2 umps $3 per day adult/$1 per day child Gate Fee!!! No outside food or drinks for fans. Players are allowed individual water jugs. Flip for home/visitors in all games except Championship. Undefeated team is home team. USSSA rules apply during bracket games other than free defensive substitution and batting roster unless changed by Tournament Director Weather Contingencies: In case of uncontrollable circumstances or interruptions due to weather the Tournament Director reserves the right to alter the tournament format in any way necessary to reach a conclusion. This can include but may not be limited to shortened game times fewer games guaranteed or playing rule changes. Games interrupted might not be resumed. Everything possible will be done to get the players on the field as soon as possible. Cancellation/Refund Policy: During the Tournament if the number of games is shortened or cancelled due to uncontrollable circumstances such as weather refunds will be given based on the number of games played. 1 Game played = 50% refund. 2 Games played = 25% refund. 3 or more games = no refund.
