| Please recheck the schedule for any schedule changes additions or deletions etc... We are using three locations for the HS div on Saturday.. Please make sure to check the schedule to find which location you are playing at.. Some HS games will be played at Cecil Field on Saturday.. Address for Cecil Field: 13611 Normandy Blvd... Some HS games will be at Victoria Park: Address 2948 Knights Lane W. Jacksonville Florida - North 32216 ... Some HS games are being played at Trinity High School: 800 Hammond Blvd Jacksonville... Make sure to turn in a copy of your team insurance and Roster prior to your first game. Please have Birth certificates and signed roster on hand in the event of a roster protest. All teams will play 3 seed games on Saturday and Single elimination on Sunday. Seed game will be 75 minutes finish the inning... Seeding will be determined by: 1.W/L/T record 2.Head to Head (IF LESS THAN 3 TEAMS)if three or more teams have the same W/L/T record then Head to Head will not be used. 3.runs against 4.runs scored 5.coin flip... Run rule in effect for ALL games: 12 runs after 3 innings 10 runs after 4 innings 8 runs after 5 innings Courtesy runner for the pitcher or catcher is a sub who has not entered the game OR the last completed at bat(furthest removed from the plate).. Batting order may consist of up to 4 EPs and/or DP/Flex... Home team for seed games will be determined by coin flip..For elimination games high seed will have choice of home or visitor if tied coin flip... Seed games can end in a tie.. In the event a teams plays a 4th seed game we will count all games toward seeding.. Metal Cleats will be allowed ONLY in the 14u and High School Divisions. There will be NO metal cleats allowed in any other age group in this tournament...please make sure to communicate this to your players in advance... Teams must turn in a signed roster and copy of team insurance prior to your first game. Please make sure your game scores are reported correctly. We will seed teams immediately following the last seed game. If there are any questions about where your team is seeded please make your concerns known immediately. In the event the tournament can not be completed due to weather lightning rain etc... We will consider the highest seed remaining in the tournament as 1st place.
