After all there is nothing more pure to a true baseball fan than the crack of the wooden bat. The 150 Point Uppercut Wood Bat Challenge is the premier wood bat events of the fall season. Your team will experience the excitement of playing with wood bats just like the legends of the past and the super stars of today. Week one is Oct 5-6 in Gulfport Mississippi. Week two is Oct 12-13 in Montgomery Alabama

- Bat Rules: Swing 100% Uppercut Wood Bats. Uppercut Bat Company will provide 3 wood bats per field to swing during the game. Or if you would like to buy an Uppercut bat to use you can buy one from their website or at the baseball fields. An Uppercut salesmen will be on site selling bats. You may tape the handles of the bats if needed.

- Both events are 150 points each. We will have a point’s championship if you play both events. The points champion will receive a custom trophy bat. It will take 3-4 weeks to engrave the custom bats after the points championship is announce on www.playusssa.com

- Pool play schedule generally posted by Tuesday night 9pm and check back on Thursday night at 9pm for any changes at www.usssa.com

- On-line entry available at www.usssa.com Signing up for events is simple to do just click on the higher price of the event to enter 2-3-4-5 events and plan a local USSSA schedule. Then log on your USSSA managers menu and look for “view schedule”. Payment with check/cash or payment at the fields please add $20.00.
