NOTES FOR TOURNAMENT:Please have team registration payments ready to be turned in at the gate when arriving. We are allowing 4 coaches in the gate. Coaches Hospitality area will be located in the top of the 4 plex. Any others will need to pay admission. ADMISSION: Admission is $8 per person for the tournament. All persons entering besides uniformed palyers MUST have an armband on their person at all times. We appreciate your cooperation with this on Saturday.PITCHING: 6 innings allowed for 9U-12U 7 innings 13U-14U BALLS ARE BEING PROVIDED Mercy Rule 15 after 3/8 after 4 TIME LIMIT 1 hour and 25 minutes pool play & bracket (8U-12U) No new inning will begin with 5 minutes remaining in official time You will flip for home & visitor in pool and higher seed is home til Championship Pool can end in a tie but bracket can not NO COOLERS OR OUTSIDE FOOD IS ALLOWED IN THE PARK - This will be enforced so please be supportive of our park! Water is provided in each dugout for the teams. In case of inclement weather an email/text will be sent to the head coach with up to date information as soon as it is known HOWEVER always monitor this site for the most up to date information OR www.ogaa.net for field conditions & current weather. BATTING CAGES: We have cages available throughout the park.The PINE BELT FORD Fields 11&12 are available for warm up as well!We are looking forward to a great tournament to kick off Mother's Day weekend!
