All teams must be Global registered and have USSSA Insurance to play in NM and TXW. Teams must be prepared to play up to 45 minutes prior to their scheduled game time. Only USSSA stamped baseballs are allowed in games. Time Limits are 1:40 minutes and along with run rules will be in effect for all games including Championship. Teams must check in one hour prior to playing their first game and Coaches should have copy of online roster with players' birth certificates for review. Coaches meetings will be held at the site of your first game at 4 PM Friday. Saturday 7 AM 8:30 9:30 10:30 Noon 2 PM and 4 PM to cover tournament rules. Currently Ruidoso in in drought condition warning and no outdoor grilling is allowed without city permit. Alcohol consumption is prohibited at all fields and law enforcement will cite violators while on patrol. Teams are asked to pick up their dugouts following conclusion of their game as a courtesy and assistance to grounds crew as well as a deterrent to wild life. No infield practice is allowed on dirt areas and especially while ground crews are preparing fields for play.
