Format
4 Game Guarantee - 2 Pool to Double Elimination
Pool Games: 50 Minutes (finish the batter)
Bracket Games: 75 Minutes (finish the inning w/ ITB)
8u will be Modified Coach Pitch. We will add Machine Pitch if requested.

Series Point System
For the Caring Series Events points will be awarded for Participation Position and Placement. This allows all teams an opportunity to gain points regardless of placement in tournaments. The teams in each division with the most points at the end of the series will receive free entry into any spring tournament.
***Teams Must Play in a minimum of 2 events to qualify***
Participation Points
Teams will be awarded 1 point for the first two tournaments they play in 2 points for the third and 4 points for fourth.
Position Points
Points will be awarded based on the number of teams in each division. For example in a six team bracket the 1st place teams would receive 6 points 2nd place would receive 5 points etc.
Placement Points
Placement Points will be awarded as follows: 1st place is 5 pts 2nd place is 3 pts and 3rd place is 1 pt.
