    MANAGERS INFORMATION

    1. SCHEDULE - Schedule will be out by 7:00pm Wednesday before the event. Please check your game times often as they may change.

    2. EVENT GUIDELINES

    3. CHECK-IN - All teams will need to check-in 30 minutes before their teams 1st game. Even if teams have taken care of their entry fee in advance you still need to check in to receive other items.

    4. TEXTING and E-MAIL - One of your primary forms of communications is texting and email. Get scores and updates. Have you team manager enter your information into the USSSA.com system under team management.

    5. ARTIFICIAL MOUNDS may be used at some location. In the 13U and 14U where Steel cleats are allowed they cannot be worn by the pitcher were artificial mounds are used.

    6. ROSTERS - MAKE SURE YOUR ROSTERS ARE UPDATED ONLINE AT www.USSSA.com . Roster infractions will be dealt with harshly and could put the manager players and others in jeopardy of suspension.

    7. WEATHER - We will do everything within our power to play baseball. You can get state championship updated information at State Championship Page - CLICK HERE buy using the contact information at this page. Teams that have entered are expected to not drop out until we officially cancel the event.

    8. AMENDMENTS - The State Office reserves the right to amend/change any rule/guideline or posted material and any time.

    GENERAL ATTENDANCE INFORMATION

    1. PARK LOCATIONS - Please check which location your team is playing.

    2. TEXT MESSAGES - Text Message will be a main source of communication. Make sure your text messaging is set up at www.USSSA.com. To receive text message updates about the event the team manager can log-in to the team site and set up your cell phone to receive for your division.

    3. PETS - are NOT allowed at any park.

    4. NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINK ALLOWED - Only a team water cooler 3 gallons or larger with a spout is allowed. No Outside Food or Drinks are allowed to be brought in park. Only small ice chest with rags and Team coolers (1) per dugout allowed. No Bottled Drinks only a Cooler with a spout will be allowed. SPECIAL NOTE: NO GUM CANDY or SEEDS WILL BE ALLOWED ON THE ARTIFICIAL TURF FIELDS AT ANY TIME.

    6. ADMISSION - Adult $7 and youth $4. When each spectator enters the park they will be given a wrist band. These bands must be worn on the wrist or on the body clearly visible at all times. A new wrist band will be given each day.
