D teams can only pick up 2 C players for state. Player’s classification is determined by what roster they were on as of 8/1/2011 to now. There’s no way for us to determine if a player did or didn’t play for a team so we will have to go off what’s on the USSSA system unless we know for sure. We will follow USSSA national rules. All rosters must be complete by 5:00 PM on 8/1/2012(Wednesday). We will print them off to check and will hold teams accountable for following the roster rules. No roster changes will be allowed after 8/2/2012(Thursday) at 5:00PM (NO EXCEPTIONS…NO WRITE INS…). All teams must do team check-in with ALL players showing drivers license/id before their first game. All rosters must be signed by ALL players. Make sure you allow enough time to do this as it will be very busy at check-in table. ALCOHOL WON’T BE ALLOWED INSIDE THE COMPLEX’S BUT WE ARE STILL GOING TO ALLOW PARTICIPANTS TO HAVE IT OUTSIDE THE GATES. OUR GOAL IS TO PROVIDE YOU WITH A QUALITY EVENT THAT WILL KEEP YOU COMING BACK FOR MORE. WE REQUIRE TEAMS TO PURCHASE SOFTBALLS AT CHECK IN. THEY ARE ONLY $5.00. WE WILL USE THE BUCKET BEHIND HOME PLATE WHERE BOTH TEAMS WILL BE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE 2 GAME BALLS PER GAME. UMPIRES WILL USE BALLS OUT OF BUCKET RANDOMLY. NO ALCHOL OR PETS WILL BE ALLOWED INSIDE ANY OF THE COMPLEX'S.
