Courtesy runner for the pitcher or catcher is a sub who has not entered the game OR the last completed at bat(not last batted out).. Batting order may consist of 2 EPs and/or DP/Flex... Home team for seed games will be determined by coin flip..For elimination games high seed will have choice of home or visitor if tied coin flip..Seed games can end in a tie.. Metal Cleats will be allowed ONLY in the High School Division. There will be NO metal cleats allowed in any other age group in this tournament...please make sure to communicate this to your players in advance... Teams must turn in a signed roster and copy of team insurance prior to your first game.
