The Midwest Sluggers 98 Presents Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Awareness Tournament 2012 USSSA “A” & “B” National Qualifier 5 Game Guarantee 10A/B – High School Age Divisions Where: Jacobs/Northeast Park When : April 28 – 29 2012 Cost: $350.00 per team Includes Pink Breast Cancer Tournament T Shirts for all players Rules: USSSA rules apply this is a 2012 USSSA National Qualifier. Teams must provide birth certificates Proof of insurance and completed USSSA Roster. Entry Deadline April 14th 2012 or when full. • Three pool plays games to determine seeding 1:15 time limit • Winners and Consolation Bracket to determine A and B Bids to USSSA Nationals. • Five Game guarantee weather permitting. • Awards for 1st and 2nd place in Winners and Consolation Bracket.
