SINGLE ELIMINATION- at baseball heaven time limit-no new inning may begin after 1 hour 25 minutes (home team must bat if down) mercy rules-12 runs after 3 inning 10 runs after 4 inning 8 runs after 5 inning..mercy rules are in effect throughtout the tournament.MISC.
