Roster must contain full name and date of birth • Team is responsible for having Birth Certificates. If challenged and team can not supply birth certificate the player may not play. • ITB- 1st inning runner on second no outs then Bases Loaded two-outs 2 innings then flip (home team Calls). There will be no limit on ITB in Championship game • UIC or Tourney Director has final decision on disputes. • Winner takes all in championship game/No If Game • Each team must provide 2-yellow leather 47 core balls. Umpire has right to request different/newer balls. Team must pitch/hit what umpire gives them. • 55 minute pool game drop dead/open subs/5 runs per half inning • 75 minute bracket game or 6 innings (whichever comes 1st). Finish the inning. Open runs must get 3 outs • Mercy rule is in effect 10 runs after 3 8 runs after 4 6 runs after 5 • Tournament director has the right to change format of tourney to ensure timely finish • All pool games will have 1 ump/ All bracket games will have 2 Umps • Pay at the plate Umpires $15 per team in Pool/ $30 per team in Bracket • Day pass $3.00 / weekend pass $5.00 Children under 5 yrs. free • One team ice chest allowed. Ice chest must be kept in Dugout. • No outside food or drinks for fans • Flip for home/visitors in all games except Championship. Undefeated team’s home • USSSA rules apply during bracket games unless changed by Tournament Director • Only 2 coaches can be out of the dugout. When your team is hitting you may have your 2 base coaches and 1 other coach out. • Coaches or players who show up with Alcohol on your breathe will not be allowed on the field • Teams May be asked to Play on Friday if needed. Teams must be prepared to play as early as 8:00 am. Every day. • Organizations with Multiple teams pay $120 each • If a team is not registered with USSSA a form must be filled out before the team plays and must pay $30 registration fee.
