N FLORIDA STATE CHAMPIONSHIPS All 10U games will be played at Victoria Park also known as River City Softball Assoc (RCSA) address is: 2948 Knights Lane West Jacksonville FL 32216 We will split 10s into GOLD/SILVER after seeding Please have 2 copies of your roster at check in. We will sign 1 and return it to you and we will keep 1. Please have Birth certificates and signed roster on hand in the event of a roster protest. Make sure to turn in a copy of your team insurance at check in.. This will be a 2 seed games into Double elimination tournament. Seed games will be 75 minutes finish the inning... Elimination games will be 75 minutes finish the inning... Championship games will be 7 innings or 90 minutes finish the inning.. If game will be a SHOOTOUT. Seeding will be determined by

2.Head to Head If less than 3 teams 3.runs against
4.runs scored
5.coin flip...
Run rule in effect for ALL games
12 runs after 3 innings
10 runs after 4 innings
8 runs after 5 innings
Courtesy runner for the pitcher and catcher will be a sub (who has not entered the game) OR the last COMPLETE at bat (NOT last batted out) Protest fee is $300 cash including roster protest and is only refunded if the protest is upheld. Home team for seed games will be determined by coin flip..For elimination games high seed will have choice of home or visitor if tied coin flip..Seed games can end in a tie.. Metal cleats allowed only in the 16U & 18U divisions this tournament...please make sure to communicate this to your players in advance...
