$250 entry fee (cashier’s check/money order ONLY made payable to North Tx. USSSA) is due Saturday morn BEFORE first game. ALL coaches/players need to arrive EARLY well before their first game starts as they MUST check-in with their pictured ID (no exceptions) and sign the roster at the check-in table to receive their tournament wristband which must be worn throughout the entire tournament. Players without wristbands are not eligible to play. Teams found using illegal players will forfeit out of the tournament. BALLS – Must hit complex logo’d ball. Each team will be given 3 balls to start the tournament. Add’l balls may be purchased for $5 ea. HR’s – “C” 3 “D” 0. Use yahoomaps.com or other source as MapQuest is incorrect. Exit off of Hwy 67 is “Tidwell”. Rainout line is 214 855 9758 and will be used for mass communication should it be needed. ONLY COACHES (2 max.) AND PLAYERS AS LISTED ON ROSTER ARE ALLOWED IN DUGOUT….NO CHILDREN/SPECTATORS. Water in the dugout will be furnished for the PLAYERS. It will be extremely hot. Please plan accordingly for your families and guests who come to watch your tournament as they are prohibited from being in the dugout.
