This tournament will be part of a 3 event series. After the third event the top two teams in each age bracket that earned the most USSSA points in those events will be given a $250 and $150 entry fee discount respectively to the “C” World Series in July. These discounts will only apply to the “C” World Series.

Teams may play in one two or all three events but in order to claim the discount teams must play in at least two of them.

This tournament will use a 3 game format and is only open to USSSA “C” (or Rec) teams. USSSA MD/DE Class C tournaments are intended for recreational caliber teams and all entries into these events are continually reviewed by a committee to determine the team's eligibility.

Teams that are not sure that they fit the definition of being recreational caliber should contact either Glen Warholic or the USSSA State Office to clarify and determine their eligibility.

Note that just because a team sanctions as a Class C team (ISTS system lets any team sanction at any level) that act alone does not necessarily make a team eligible for a Class C event. USSSA reserves the right to reclassify teams as USSSA deems consistent with a team's level of play.

Teams may either pay their entry fee online when they enter or make check payable to Maryland Fastpitch Softball and mail to Glen Warholic – 7050 Cher Deb Road – Mt. Airy MD 21771. If mailing a check please print off the email that you’ll receive when you enter online and include it with the check.
