MANAGERS INFORMATION

1. SCHEDULE - Please check your game times often as they may change.

2. EVENT GUIDELINES

3. CHECK-IN - All teams will need to check-in 30 minutes before the 1^st game. Even if teams have taken care of their entry fee in advance you still need to check in to receive other items.

4. LODGING FORM -REQUIRED - All teams are required to submit the Lodging Documentation Form upon the team checking in at the event. This form needs to be as accurate as possible and should be completed by all teams even if no rooms were used. CLICK HERE FOR THE LODGING FORM

5. ENTRY FEE - We only accept Cash or Team check for entry fee at this fields. If you plan on taking care of your entry fee with a Credit Card please do that before Saturday. You can go on-line and do it yourself or reply for us to run the Credit Card you used when entering the event.

6. ROSTERS - MAKE SURE YOUR ROSTERS ARE UPDATED ONLINE AT www.USSSA.com . Roster infractions will be dealt with harshly and could put the manager players and others in jeopardy of suspension.

7. WEATHER - Sports Productions will do everything within its power to play baseball. We will keep you posted at www.SportsProductions.net if any weather related issues arise. Teams that have entered are expected to not drop out until we officially cancel the event.

1. PARK LOCATIONS - Please check which location your team is playing.

   Legacy Sports Complex - 615 Vatican Road Carencro LA 70520: NOTE: The intersection of Hwy 93 and Hwy 98 (Gloria Switch Rd) is closed due to ongoing construction. Hwy 93 is the north/south road that exits off of I-10 (Best Stop / Don's exit)  This is the intersection just south of Vatican Rd.  You must take an alternate route.

2. TEXT MESSAGES - Text Message will be a main source of communication. Make sure your text messaging is set up at www.USSSA.com. To receive text message updates about the event the team manager can log-in to the team site and set up your cell phone to receive for your division.

3. PETS - are NOT allowed at any park.

4. NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINK ALLOWED - Only a team water cooler 3 gallons or larger with a spout is allowed.

5. ADMISSION - Adult $5 and youth $3. When each spectator enters the park they will be given a wrist band. These bands must be worn on the wrist or on the body clearly visible at all times. A new wrist band will be given each day.

6. LOST AND FOUND - If any items are found at the facilities please turn them in at the Front Gate or to the Tournament Director. Let us know where they were when you found them.
