Mercy rules: 15 after 3; 12 after 4; 8 after 5. 7 innings max pitching limit. Tied pool play games after either max innings or time limit will have only 1 extra inning to break tie; placing last batter of previous inning on 2nd and second to last batter on 3rd. Championship game will be played out no alternative tie breakers will be used; 2 hour time limit/7 innings. Tie breakers: Head2Head; Runs Allowed; Run Differential (+/-8 max); Coin Flip.
