Teams that had a male or female player whom played in Men's or Women's C Divisions or above this year were moved to Mixed Competitive. By USSSA Constitution a team with a player whom played in a Men's or Women's C Division or higher this year cannot play in Mixed Recreation (MxD or MxE) they must play in the Mixed Competitive(MxBMxC) divisions.
