This tournament will use a 5gg format.

Class A teams are ineligible.

The two primary complexes will be the Henry S. Parker Athletic Complex and the Fruitland Recreation Complex.

Only a state director can enter teams into the tournament. Teams may not enter the tournament directly. Instead they must submit their entry form and fee to their state director who in turn will forward it to the World Series tournament director.

Teams must play in their state tournament to validate their berth to the World Series.
