This tournament will use a 3gg format and is only open to USSSA “C” (or Rec) teams. “C” teams are typically in-house or local league teams that rarely if ever play in qualifying tournaments. Out-of-state “C” teams are welcomed.

A team’s eligibility will be scrutinized and a final decision on tournament admittance will be made by the tournament director and state director. Teams that think they might be borderline should email the tournament director or state director for a clarification prior to entering.

The 16U and 18U divisions will be combined. 18U teams may not have college players on their roster.

The tournament will be held at Rockburn and Centennial parks. Age brackets will be assigned to parks based on number of entries.

Checks should be made payable to Howard County Director of Finance and mailed to Mark Pendleton – Howard County Rec & Parks – 7120 Oakland Mills Road – Columbia MD 21046-1677. Please print off the email that you’ll receive when you enter online and include it with the check.

Also Howard County uses course numbers to identify each of their events. As a courtesy please write the following course numbers on your check and the email you’re including with it:
