Welcome to the Heartland Shootout USAES WFC Qualifier. If your team is a B team, look for the 2025 Heartland Shootout on this very website (NOT the 2025 Heartland Shootout WFC Qualifier). Your payment confirms your spot in the tournament.

This year's Heartland Shootout & Showcase is a USAES WFC qualifier for USAES (A) teams and a National Qualifier for the USSSA B Nationals Qualifier. Both USAES & B teams will play in a 5-game guarantee tournament. Teams will play 4 pool play games which will seed them into a single-elimination bracket with both a gold and silver bracket (as long as there are ample teams). ***8U TEAMS WILL PLAY 3 POOL PLAY GAMES INTO SINGLE ELIMINATION - ($400 F0R 8U - 4GG)!! 10U will be an OPEN DIVISION ONLY. The USAES cost is $788.00and the B National Qualifier cost is $683. All softballs will be provided by the Tournament Host.
NO REFUNDS AFTER JUNE 2nd – ENTRY DEADLINE is JUNE 8th.
PLEASE BE AWARE THAT SINGLE-ELIMINATION TOURNAMENT PLAY MAY BEGIN ON SATURDAY.
IF A DIVISION HAS A SMALL TURNOUT, GAMES FOR THAT DIVISION MAY NOT START UNTIL SATURDAY.
There will be Gate Fees announced with the release of the tournament schedule.
WEATHER CANCELLATIONS:
1. If the tournament is completely canceled, please be aware that $100 of your entry fee will be kept for administrative costs.
2. If one (1) game is played, you will receive half of your entry fee back. 3. If two (2) games are played, you will not receive any of your entry fees back.
