Team Information:

1. Online Payment is due before Monday on www.usssa.com  Log into your managers menu and view your shopping cart to pay online before the Tournament schedule comes out.  Easy as 123. It’s a shopping cart.  
2. If we need to move anyone, we do so on Monday afternoon or Tuesday morning. We will contact you before we move one team.   If we move 10 teams we will do so online and via email.
3. Schedules are generally posted on Tuesday. Unless my Mr Mom schedule gets in the way.
4. For all the Monday Morning Quarterbacks and Tuesday Tournament Shoppers that makes everyone lives a lot harder. Good luck in the future!  Name and Reputation is all you have in the this World..
5. Plan a schedule, stick together and achieve your goals in 2023! 
6. Early Bird Package are Due Jan 15^th
7. Pre Season Bundle Packages are Due Feb 15^th with schedules. You can pay as you go please contact Dee Black for permission and any questions about entry fee money.
8. Travel Request need to be emailed to Dee Black (northlabamabaseball@yahoo.com) on Monday or before the schedule is posted. I cannot keep up with 200 text messages on Monday.  Email works great for keeping track of travel request.  This helps me help you!   No Monday Morning Quarterbacks or Tuesday Tournament Shoppers.  Keep the mommas happy and plan ahead. 
9. Pool play schedule is generally posted by Tuesday night 9pm/or wed morning and check back on Thursday night at 9pm for any changes at www.alabamausssa.org
10. Park Directions is on the schedule. Just hit “Game Center”
11. Directors at the Fields cell phone #’s are emailed out to you on Fridays.

 

Coaches Info: Arrive 60 mins early to the ball fields.

1.            Online Rosters are required in the Spring. Max of 3 Guest Players must be added to online roster before Friday night!     

2.            Must have copy of insurance with you in your team folder.    

3.            Pick up your game baseballs from the director in the tower 30 mins before your 1^st game.   

4.            3 Free coaches passes, Please sign in at the gate with your team.

5.            The USSSA team trailer will be at some events. Check with Randy and Dianna for special orders!
