Refund Policy

If a team drops prior to 2 weeks before a tournament a $50 admin fee will be assessed. If a team drops within 2 weeks of the event there will be no refund, only a credit for another HTB event will be issued to that team. Once registration closes no refunds and no credits will be issued except for a rainout.

Rainout Policy as stated below.

All refunds will be subject to the guidelines. 

1 Game $40 back

2 games or more No Refunds

No refunds or credits will be issued if a coach / team is removed from the tournament.

ALL PAYMENTS ARE REQUIRED BY THE MONDAY PRIOR TO THE TOUNRMAMENT AT NOON OR WHEN THE TOURNAMENT REACHES CAPACITY IN EACH AGE GROUP, WHICHEVER COMES FIRST.
