Ways to pay for your entry fee into DES/Ohio USSSA FP Events:
1. Snail mail to Double Eagle Sports - PO Box 1213 - Westerville, OH. 43086. Must be paid by deadline to keep spot.
2. Pay thru the USSSA website under your team profile. NOTE that USSSA does charge a 5% fee for the convenience.
3. Pay thru PayPal using Family and Friends to mike.craig2@usssa.com
4. Venmo to @ohiousssa-22. Notate event and date paying for in comment section.

Ohio USSSA offers: • Championship team and individual trophies • Finalist's team and individual trophies • Courteous and available on-site staff • Professional officials • Well-maintained fields and locations • Tournament souvenir items including shirts and hats for purchase • Solid statewide qualifying system for teams to advance to post-season play from • National Championship locations for teams are either destination bound or competition bound • Top 2 teams (minimum) earn a berth to a 2018 USSSA National Championships or World Series of their choice.
To enter this event Teams MUST FIRST register your team with the USSSA. TO REGISTER YOUR TEAM GO TO: USSSA Team Registration - You will need to login using your 2018 USSSA User ID and Password in order to register your team for this event online.
All teams must have their roster online 72 hours prior to the start of the tournament. Also please confirm your profile has the proper text information shown as weather updates & tournament information like start times will be done online. Notices will also be sent by text as well during the tournament.
Teams will need to sign up online for ALL EVENTS. Teams are encouraged but not obligated to pay for events online. If there are cancellations or refund issues teams can be credited with those funds as quickly as 48 hours.
PAYMENT:
Note that entry is not locked in until payment is received. Payment is due at least 2 weeks prior to event or before the event is full, whichever comes first. Teams that remain unpaid 2 weeks prior to an event may be placed on hold, put on a wait list or removed from the event.
Teams should consider taking advantage of the online payment option through the www.usssa.com website.
Teams can mail in a check by signing up online and choosing the "Enter Now - Pay Later" option. This will create an online confirmation email back to the coach of record. Print the confirmation email and send it to the Ohio USSSA State Office - PO Box 1213 - Westerville OH. 43086. Please make checks payable to Ohio USSSA FP and also note the date & tournament name in the memo column as back-up.
