REFUND POLICY: Your entry fee will be immediately refunded via PayPal if SO CAL GSL cancels the tournament or if team withdraws from the tournament prior to the cancellation deadline. RAIN-OUT refund policy will be emailed to managers only if bad weather has been forecasted.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Once teams have opted to participate in a GSL tournament, you will be sent a confirmation email stating the deadline to drop out. If you have to drop out anytime after the announced deadline, you will be responsible for 100% of the tournament entry fee for that event before your team may participate in any future GSL & USSSA sanctioned events. Reason for the announced deadline is we sell out events. There is a point we need to cut teams on our waiting list loose as well as turn teams away which is the morning after the deadline. We realize there are certain extreme uncontrollable circumstances, and in those cases the advisory board will look at those circumstances and make a decision. Please respect this commitment and the announced deadline.
