FAQs:

1. Do you still charge the Team Gate Fee? 

Not any longer. We did charge this “team gate fee” for some time. However, (as you can see on our fees listed) we are no longer charging this to teams and will be charging traditional gate at the entry to the park.

2. Can I pay at the park? 

It is possible to pay at the park, however, there is a $10 park payment fee. Therefore, it is $10 more to pay at the park than it is to pay online. It is also quicker and easier to get your refund if you had paid online. If you need assistance paying online, please request such from the tournament director. Danny Bartlett has access to PowerPoints and step by step instructions for training coaches on how to do so. Once you learn how to do this, it is so much easier. 

3. How can I get a refund? 

Simply email your tournament director to process your refund. Danny Bartlett will assist you in getting that processed. 

4. Where are your baseball fields located?

Often times Google can misdirect folks to our park. Our parks are located at below addresses:

Memorial Park –

2000 NE Memorial Park Square, Bentonville, AR 72712

Merchants Park –

201 Elm Tree Road, Bentonville, AR 72712

Phillips Park –

3108 SE J St, Bentonville, AR 72712

5. How are you fields numbered? 

If you look in the files section of this event description page, you'll find a field layout photo that outlines how our fields are numbered.

For Memorial Park –

Essentially they are laid out like a clock, starting on the west side of the concession stand (just north of the batting cages).

For Merchants Park –

Essentially they are laid out like a clock, starting on the southwest side of the concession stand (just north of the batting cages).

For Phillips Park –

Essentially they are laid out like a clock, starting on the west side of the concession stand (just north of the batting cages). The big field is the start and is labeled field 1.

6. NIT?

Most of our events are an NIT status tournament. This awards team’s double points for competing in these tournaments. We want to reward teams for playing in Bentonville however we can. Wondering if our tournament is NIT, the answer is in the name. If our tournament is an NIT event, it will be named as such: Kellogg's Classic NIT. However, if the event doesn't have NIT in the name, it is simply a regional qualifier.
