School is in session so our tournaments in the fall will be 2 day weekend events.  In our 2 day tournaments there will be a 4gg, 3 Pool into a Single Elimination Bracket.  All games will be in Albuquerque, Rio Rancho or Los Lunas.  Location all depends on the number of entries in a division, and what locations will work best for that weekend.  Entries are limited in the fall so enter early…it is so much easier to remove a team when we are sending out the emails to confirm then it is to enter a team at the last minute.

TIME-LIMIT: 

Pool Play – Time limit is 1 hour 15 minutes finish the inning – pool games can end in a tie. 

Bracket games - no new inning will start after 1 HOUR 15 MINUTES.

If during the tournament weather becomes an issue time limits and formats may be adjusted.   

 

INSURANCE: 

All teams are required to have team insurance.  If the certificate is not available for us to print online you will need to email a certificate.  Teams are required to provide the Tournament Director with a current insurance certificate when they confirm their entry into the tournament.  Any team that has not done that will be removed before the pool play and bracket is done.

AWARDS:  Rings will be given to 1st and 2nd place in EACH bracket in each age division, as well as a team plaque in brackets with 7 teams or less.  Individual awards and a team plaque will be given to 3rd place in each bracket with 8 teams or more. Any age division with OVER 11 teams will have a GOLD and a SILVER bracket with 1st and 2nd place rings given in each bracket. Any age division with OVER 17 teams will have a GOLD, SILVER and a BRONZE bracket with 1st and 2nd place rings given in each bracket.

NOTE:  We will not allow any team in any of our events that owe money for any other tournament that they were in and failed to pay…in either USSSA or any other organization.
