The entry fee is $450.00 plus a gate fee of $100. The deadline is Tuesday the 1st at 8pm. It is a three game guarantee with 2 pool games on Saturday and bracket games on Sunday. If we get more than 8 teams in a bracket we will split the bracket. The turf fields are the best in our two States. This is a Belt and Rings tournament. We will give USSSA Championship rings to First and Second teams and the first place team gets a Belt. You must have your roster online and your birth certificates with the coach at all games. Each coach has to bring his printed roster signed by him and turned in at check in. You must have your check or proof of payment by Tuesday the 23rd. We do not cash any check until the tournament is over so you can pick up the mail in check and replace it with cash or another one. This should not be hard to do. The other Major change is there will NO write-ins on rosters and each player will have to be checked in before he plays. Players can be added before the first game but must be on a PRINTED roster. Also the Rosters should only have first and last names that are on the Birth Certificates anything else and they can’t play until we correct it.
