With more and more facilities and agencies requiring insurance coverage and becoming more strict Team Insurance is Required for All Teams. You do not have to have USSSA insurance but the team does need to provide proof that the team is insured to the state office.

If you have another policy you are required to aquire a certificate listing USSSA the facilities and the host you will be playing with this season as additional insured.
