Coaches MUST check in 1 hour prior to game time.
No roster changes after check-in.
Room-night confirmation forms must be turned in at check-in
Teams must ENTER ROSTER ONLINE and bring a copy of USSSA roster COMPLETELY filled out WITH SIGNATURES to leave at check-in.
Teams must provide a copy of the team's insurance certificate to leave at check-in.

No new inning after 1:15. 8U no new inning after 1 hour.
Coaches packets contain Player Of the Game tickets to be given to a player on the opposing team at the conclusion of each seeding game.
Each Player Of the Game ticket is valid for a hot dog soda or water at any tournament concession stand.
Please patronize our fully stocked concession stands and grills.
