Every player and every coach on every team is required to bring at least a $10 unwrapped toy for their gate fee for the weekend. All spectators will have to pay BLD normal gate fee. This Tournament will be played at Big League Dreams 500 Heritage Pkwy Mansfield 76063. Randol Mill Park 1901 W Randol Mill Rd Arlington 76012. Waxahachie Optimist Fields 219 N Patrick St Waxahachie 75165. It is a ring event. Rings will be awarded to 1st and 2nd place teams and the head coach only. Additional rings can be purchased at $35 each for additional players and coaches. If playing at BLD water is provided in the dugouts. If playing at any location other than BLD we no longer provide water in the dugouts as many of the municipalities are concerned about communicable diseases being spread through the water jugs. We will provide 2 baseballs per game. • NO FOOD BEVERAGES or ICE CHESTS/COOLERS may be brought into the park. • Overnight Recreation Vehicle parking is NOT allowed at any Big League Dreams Facility. • Alcoholic beverages are NOT permitted to be consumed in the parking lot area at any time. Teams scheduled at BLD will play 2 games there on Saturday. However due to the time limits that BLD has for Baseball it is possible that not all teams will play at BLD on Sunday.

Team Insurance

Required for All Teams
With more and more facilities and agencies requiring insurance coverage and becoming more strict Team Insurance is Required for All Teams. You do not have to have USSSA insurance but the team does need to provide proof that the team is insured to the state office.

Note: Other insurance is acceptable. If a team has other insurance it must meet or exceed the USSSA policy coverage. If you have another policy you are required to aquire a certificate listing USSSA the facilities and the host you will be playing with this season as additional insured. Then have it notarized and submit to the state office at LA.State.Office@USSSA.com
