This Tournament will be played at Big League Dreams parks in Arlington Grand Prairie Desoto and Cedar Hill. It is a ring event. Rings will be awarded to 1st and 2nd place teams and the head coach only. Additional rings can be purchased at $35 each for additional players and coaches. We no longer provide water in the dugouts as many of the municipalities are concerned about communicable diseases being spread through the water jugs. You can bring one ice chest with water or you can bring your own water jug. We do not furnish ice. You can get water if you run out. We will provide 2 baseballs per game. Big League Dreams have their own gate policies • Patrons 13 years and older pay $5.00 upon entry and will receive a token worth $1.00. • Players 18 and under participating in a sport pay $1.00 upon entry and will receive a token worth $1.00. • The token is redeemable at the park stadium club restaurant or concession stand. • Spectators 12 and under are admitted FREE! Guidelines • If you leave the park and plan to return the same day please get a hand stamp for re-entry. • NO FOOD BEVERAGES or ICE CHESTS/COOLERS may be brought into the park. • Overnight Recreation Vehicle parking is NOT allowed at any Big League Dreams Facility. • Alcoholic beverages are NOT permitted to be consumed in the parking lot area at any time.
Required for All Teams
With more and more facilities and agencies requiring insurance coverage and becoming more strict Team Insurance is Required for All Teams. You do not have to have USSSA insurance but the team does need to provide proof that the team is insured to the state office.

Note: Other insurance is acceptable. If a team has other insurance it must meet or exceed the USSSA policy coverage. If you have another policy you are required to aquire a certificate listing USSSA the facilities and the host you will be playing with this season as additional insured. Then have it notarized and submit to the state office at LA.State.Office@USSSA.com
