Teams When registering for this tournament please be aware that we need at least 5 teams in each age classification to separate the classes otherwise we will combine A&B. We also will combine age groups if we do not have enough in an age group when possible. We have partnered with TRAVELING TEAMSTM to secure discounted room blocks at a variety of tournament approved hotels near our venues. This is a Stay to Play event. All out of town teams are required to book all hotel rooms through TRAVELING TEAMSTM. When you book your rooms through TRAVELING TEAMSTM it helps to accommodate college coaches umpires and other staff. It also controls rates and helps ensure that we have the appropriate hotel inventory for all teams. Please do not book your hotel through any other travel agent and do not contact the hotel directly. I do not believe in Stay to Play but I do want to secure the lowest rates and good hotels for teams. The deal is with every room night that your team books through Traveling Teams you will receive $5.00 per room night back.
