TOURNAMENT FORMAT & INFORMATION

$125 / $35 Pay at the Plate - (If not mailed in advance (entry fee must be paid in cash at check-in)

Teams must provide proof of insurance unless it was purchased online thru USSSA and policy is online.

Two Day - 2 Pool - Double Elimination  - 4GG

Pool Play will be 1:10 - finish the batter
Bracket Play will be 1:10 finish the inning

Bracket Play will be seeded by blind draw. 

Umpires will allow pitchers five pitches or 1 minutes between innings (whichever is less).  Teams should hurry on and off the field to ensure pitcher/catcher warm-ups.
It is imperative that any post-game team meetings not take place until the dugout is cleared and cleaned and the field is vacated. Likewise teams should be ready to occupy the dugout be prepared to start play.

Home team will be official scorekeeper - Home will be decided by coin toss.

Tournament directors reserve the right to re-schedule games or delay start times of games if conditions warrant. 

Gate Fees will be $7/day - $12 for the Weekend. All players and up to three coaches per team will be admitted free of charge.  Children 10 & Under are free.

12 runs after 3 innings 10 runs after 4 innings and 8 runs after 5 innings.

Bat 9 10 11 -  9 with upto 2 additional (AP)  hitters. During pool play teams may bat entire roster.

Courtesy runners for the Pitcher and Catcher regardless of the amount of outs! The courtesy runner MUST BE A SUB if a team is NOT batting their entire roster. If a team is batting the entire roster the courtesy runner MUST BE THE LAST COMPLETED AT BAT!

Each team will supply 1 ball for each game. Balls must be optic yellow  (375 compression 47 cor or below).  

There will be a $100 CASH protest fee. Rule interpretations ONLY are accepted as a protest. Judgment calls cannot be protested. Any protest MUST be submitted at the time of the call and the game will not continue until a ruling is made. Protests cannot be made once play continues. Protests are decided by the UIC or Tournament Director and are final.

Team coaches & managers are responsible for the conduct of parents players and other team spectators. Use of profanity will not be tolerated. Managers & coaches are expected to conduct themselves with decorum. If any manager or head coach is thrown out of any game by the umpire that manager may not  be eligible to coach/manage in his/her team’s next scheduled game. NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES ALLOWED!

Home Team will be determined by coin toss. In Double Elimination Championship Games the undefeated team will have the choice of being home or visitor. The home team will furnish the official scorekeeper.

Pool Play games may end in a tie.  Ties in Bracket play games will be decided by using the international tie breaker after time limit or in eighth inning.  (Double Elimination only)  The “IF” game will be a 2 inning shootout. You will turn in a new lineup as if you are beginning a new game however the game will be only 2 innings and will begin with the last player in your lineup on 2nd base. If tied after the completion of 2 innings inning three and subsequent innings will begin with runners on 2nd and 3rd until completion.   


- ALL TEAM MUST PROVIDE PROOF OF INSURANCE AT TEAM CHECK-IN
- Birth Certificates should be in coaches possession if requested.
- Metal cleats are allowed in 14u 16u 18u and High School Divisions.


- A player can only play for one team in any event. Players cannot be “picked up” from eliminated teams      regardless of the age group. In non-seeded pool play games a team may pick up player(s) or play with less than nine players to prevent forfeit.
