Florida USSSA Fastpitch uses the following criteria to determine seeding:
1) Winning Percentage
(Win = 2 points Tie = 1 point Loss = 0 points)
NOTE: 2 Ties = 1 Win (Florida USSSA Fastpitch)
At this time the USSSA online system does not recognize 2 Ties as the equivalent of 1 Win; Florida USSSA does
2) Head-to-head if 2 teams are tied with same winning %
No head-to-head when 3 or more teams are tied in seeding
*Exception: If 3 teams are tied with identical records and one team beats BOTH teams that team would seed higher than the other two teams due to head-to-head.
3) Fewest Runs Allowed
4) Most Runs Scored
5) USSSA Points
6) Coin flip
Florida USSSA Fastpitch does NOT use average run differential with a maximum of (8) as indicated on the USSSA online system
Florida USSSA Fastpitch does NOT use Date Team Entered USSSA Database as indicated on the USSSA online system

To enter events teams must sanction for the 2016 season.
