3&2 Baseball has a "Stay to Play" policy for all tournaments. This requires all participants (teams and guests) in need of hotel accommodations to make their reservations through TBD Travel Services. This is a complimentary service and makes securing your rooms quick and easy. It is required that teams book their housing through this service to ensure placement in the tournament. You may reserve your hotel accommodations at the below link or by calling their office at 515-207-4910. This new process helps to get lower prices on hotel rooms for everyone. If you have parents that use rewards cards on 3&2’s list of hotels they will still get their rewards and may register individually with those hotels. If anyone will be paying for a room they should use the TBD Travel Services team. The list of the hotels we are working with is pretty extensive. We are not aware of any changes in service price or properties with this change in travel booking process from previous years. If you can find a hotel room that you would have used and it is cheaper than going through our service provider please let us know.
