It will be a 3 game guarantee and will be a 2 day event. There will be NO gate fees NO umpire fees and NO parking fees. Teams must be entered and paid 10 day's prior to the start of the event. Based on projected participation the format will be 2 (pool play) games on Saturday and the single elimination championship brackets on Sunday. In some situations an extra pool play game (for one team) is necessary for all teams to get their required number of pool play games. If your team would like this game (if this dynamic exists) please let me know prior to bracketing. This game will count toward pitching and seedings for elimination play. Teams will hit their own USSSA approved baseballs. Rosters must be up to date and posted on the national USSSA web site by 3pm on Thursday November 5th. Please bring a parent signed copy of your roster for check in. All teams must check in 1hr prior to first game for roster check and player review. Managers meeting on Friday (November 6th) at 7pm at the Hilton Garden Inn in Rio Rancho. 8 Divisions of play with separate brackets for 9u 10u 11u 12u 13u 14u 16u and 18u Team Trophies per championship flight - 1st-4th All Tournament Team Awards - 10 MVP Award - 1 (based on a minimum of 8 teams per championship flight) Individual Awards 1st and 2nd place teams.
