QUALIFICATIONS: AA & AAA classification State Championships ARE NOT open events. To be eligible to participate teams must play in either a Georgia USSSA Baseball Sanctioned League or a minimum of four (4) Georgia USSSA Baseball Sanctioned Tournaments (i.e.; Qualifier – Global Qualifier – NIT – Super NIT – Dual Super NIT) between January 1st and June 7th of the 2015 season. Any team unable to meet this criteria may still play in the Open State Championship as an "At-Large" team.

FORMAT (NO POOL PLAY): Georgia USSSA Baseball will use a unique 3GG Double Elimination bracket guaranteeing each team 3 games (weather permitting). Brackets at each State Championship will be seeded directly by USSSA Points at the time of seeding.

START TIMES: Please be advised EVERY team without exception will play on Friday. Games may begin as early as 10:00 AM (depending on the quantity of teams entered). Because of the 3GG Double Elimination bracket format NO scheduling requests can be accepted. If your team is unable to meet this requirement please do not enter the State Championship.

WORLD SERIES: Any team scheduled to play in any USSSA and / or Global Sports Baseball World Series MUST validate their berth by participating in the State Championship…NO EXCEPTIONS!!!
